An aggregate of 21 people commending a birthday celebration at an amusement outlet in Segamat, Johor, were hit with RM125,000 in compound fines.
As indicated by Berita Harian, the gathering was compounded for disregarding SOPs during an Ops Noda assault completed by locale police on Sunday.
The chief of the premises was hit with a RM25,000 compound fine while the 20 others, including five ladies matured somewhere in the range of 16 and 62, were each fined RM5,000 for disregarding SOPs under Phase 4 of the public recuperation plan.
Segamat locale police boss Bahrin Mohd Noh said five Vietnamese ladies, accepted to be visitor relations officials (GROs), were kept alongside the premises supervisor and a male guest.
“The director and male client were captured for impeding government workers while the GROs were remanded for 14 days,” Bahrin said during a public interview today.
He said the case was being explored under Section 186 of the Penal Code, Section 6(2) of the Entertainment and Places of Entertainment Enactment, Regulation 39(b) of the Immigration Regulations 1963 and Section 55B of the Immigration Act 1963.
